Rachel Krahenbuhl

Rachel's journey with movement began in 2012 when she discovered Pilates while studying Psychology at the University of Utah. Drawn to the transformative power of Pilates, she found a deep connection between mind and body that ignited a passion for holistic wellness. Her exploration of movement and health led her to pursue further training in Pilates, eventually becoming a Master Instructor at Streamline Pilates, where she’s been teaching since 2015.

As a seasoned Pilates instructor, Rachel’s teaching style is rooted in mindful movement. Her sessions focus on calming the nervous system, grounding the body, and cultivating presence, creating a centered and meditative experience. Rachel’s classes are often described as intentional, nurturing, and therapeutic, offering a space where students can connect with their bodies and minds in a meaningful way.

In addition to her Pilates expertise, Rachel is the founder of Embodied Wellness Guide, where she combines her extensive knowledge of movement, therapeutic somatic practices, wellness coaching, and health education. She helps clients uncover blocks, reflect on their health behaviors, and set clear intentions for living a balanced and fulfilling life. Her approach is tailored to each individual, supporting them through embodiment practices and holistic health strategies that encourage long-lasting positive change.

Rachel’s work is driven by a belief that true wellness comes from the inside out, and she is committed to guiding her clients towards a deeper connection with themselves and their bodies. Whether in the studio or through one-on-one coaching, Rachel’s goal is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and ready to embrace all that life has to offer.
